Topic Scope for Behavior and Discipline
Good behavior is critical to sustaining the right environment in afterschool programs. Behavior management techniques and discipline methodologies are typically described and defined within the program. In recent years BULLYING and HARRASSMENT have received more attention as the risks and costs - both psychological and financial - have escalated. (These sources deal mainly with the individual, although programs may be implemented program-wide.)
