This stage of breast cancer depends on the size of the tumor, whether the tumor has been spread over other parts like armpits of body or not. Size can lead to larger stages and a worse prognosis. The second schema is pathology. This is the stage where the tumor cell growth is measured. This can be measured with the presence of protein Ki67, which indicates the cell, is in which phase and leads to proper treatments. The next schema is Grade. When cells become differentiated they form different shapes and start working like part of an organ, but the cells which cause the cancer commonly don’t have that differentiation. Pathologists differentiate the cells as: well differentiated, moderately differentiated and poorly differentiated. Poorly differentiated cancers are dangerous.
Breast cancer is usually, but not every time, primarily classified by its histological appearance.
There are various symptoms for breast cancer. The easily noticeable symptom of breast cancer is typically a lump that is felt different from the other tissues. The other indications of breast cancer include changes in breast size and shape, skin dimpling, nipple inversion etc.
The primary risk factors of breast cancer that have been identified are sex, age, lack of childbearing and higher hormone levels.
In a simple way we can say that breast cancer is caused when there is an interaction between the environment and a defective gene. If one take the proper diagnosis in very primary stage then the chances of further stages becomes very low. People should be very conscious about breast cancer and should know about the stages and treatment options. Breast cancer awareness is extremely important. Sometimes it feels like you’re in hibernation during the winter months. Although you can go outside to enjoy the cold winter weather (on a nice clear day), you really are stuck when it comes to the freshness and cleanliness of your home during this time of year. Opening your windows is not allowed, unless you want to pay double or triple your heating bill. Your house becomes stale and dreary. Before you know it, the birds are chirping, the days are warmer and the soft breeze you remember has returned. Spring is in the air and that means it is time to open those windows and refresh your home with a good cleaning – otherwise known as Spring Cleaning.
Below are a few tips to ensure your home is thoroughly cleaned of all dust, grime, buildup and stale odors.
Carpets – When the snow crusted boots come inside, they bring water, dirt, soil and grime. Give your carpets a deep down clean by renting a steam cleaner. It is best to perform this particular chore on a clear, breezy day. Opening your windows will help the carpets dry faster. Start early in the day to allow ample time for drying. Begin with the bedrooms the first day then complete the larger living areas the next day. Be sure to vacuum your carpets thoroughly before steam cleaning to lift any excess dust and large particles from the carpet. Once completed, your entire house will feel refreshed and clean.
Upholstery – Giving your furniture the same deep cleaning treatment as your carpets will give your home a fresh, new start. There are several excellent products on the market specially designed for upholstery. If you prefer to skip the harsher chemicals and go natural to be more earth friendly, there are many homemade solutions that are perfect for cleaning furniture. Although this may sound like a great deal of work, it is all worth it when completed. Your house will be fresh, clean and ready for the warmer season ahead. Not only will spring-cleaning give your house a brand new start, it will give you a boost too.
